Seasons of Grief is an 8-week healing workshop created by widows, for widows. This program honors the truth that grief is not linear, has no timeline, and touches every part of our lives — our hearts, minds, bodies, relationships, and faith. Each week offers education, reflection, discussion, and practical tools to help you understand your grief, care for your nervous system, process complex emotions, navigate changing relationships, and begin discovering meaning and purpose again — without leaving your loved one behind. This is not about “getting over” your loss. It’s about learning how to carry it with more love than pain.

Grief Through Movement led by Allison LaBianca Grief lives in the body as much as the heart, and movement helps us gently release what words cannot. Through breath and mindful movement, we create space to feel, process, and soften the weight of loss. Join us for a gentle yoga flow. We are located at San Clemente Presbyterian Church, right above the preschool. Bring a yoga mat and enjoy a gentle sunset flow.

Join us for Grief Through Creativity Grief doesn’t always have words. Join us for a peaceful evening created especially for widows to explore grief, healing, and hope through creative expression. No artistic experience is needed—just come as you are. We’ll spend the evening creating, connecting, and sharing space with women who understand the journey of loss. Monday, October 19, 2026 5:30–7:00 PM All materials will be provided, and there is no cost to attend. We hope you’ll join us for this special evening of creativity, connection, and healing.

Walk for Widows Worldwide In Honor of International Widows Day – June 23, 2026 Join us as we walk to raise funds and awareness for the millions of widows facing unique challenges—both here at home and across the globe. This special event, hosted by The White Rainbow Project and Healing at the Well, will unite hearts and steps in solidarity for widows everywhere.

Join us for an unforgettable evening beneath the garden lights as we gather around the table to bring hope, healing, and community to widows in Orange County. Enjoy a beautiful farm-to-table dinner, inspiring stories of resilience, live music, and meaningful fellowship while learning how your generosity is transforming lives through Healing at the Well. Every day, more than 2,600 women become widows. Behind every number is a woman navigating overwhelming grief, uncertain finances, and the challenge of rebuilding life while caring for her family. At Healing at the Well, we believe no widow should have to walk that journey alone. Join us for an evening of gratitude, giving, and community. This November, Healing at the Well invites you to our Grateful Gathering, a special evening dedicated to bringing comfort and encouragement to widows in our community during the holiday season. Together, we will assemble beautiful self-care stockings for 50 local widows, filled with donated items and thoughtful gifts to remind each woman that she is seen, loved, and not alone. We invite you to help us fill the stockings by donating items such as cozy socks, candles, lotions, journals, teas, chocolates, gift cards, and other self-care treats. Then join us on November 5th as we gather together to assemble and prepare each stocking with love. Thursday, November 5, 2026 5:30–8:00 PM Come enjoy an evening of fellowship and giving while making a meaningful difference for women navigating loss—especially during a season when grief can feel particularly heavy.
